[ANN] Fixed Shovel 0.3.2 (was Re: Get your Mac application listed)

Folks,

anyone who downloaded 0.3.1, please download 0.3.2 instead. 0.3.1 had a bug that basically crippled the actual updating process. My apologies for this oversight.
