I'm building an application that will let you alter your iTunes library. The only problem is, the xml file seems to be
for reading only, while you can change it, any changes are reversed on entering/exiting iTunes. Which leads me to
believe that the iTunes Library file(most likely binary data in which the structure is unreleased) actually controls
the library, and writes the xml file whenever iTunes is launched/closed. Is there an iTunes API out there, or is this
something they don't want us to do?
