Question :)

Me again :P

I wrote a small app to handle ed2k links (eDonkey links). Its purpose is to 'relay' the links over the network and add them to the donkey running there (on a PC)

now...
ed2k:// links entered in safaris location bar invoke my app just fine
whereas ed2k:// links in a page DON'T invoke my app - they cannot be downloaded or viewed in a new window either...

Is this the itended behaviour or is it a bug on my site or a limitatio of ed2k links:
ed2k://|file|dad.cd1.proper.xvid-deity.avi|735320064| DB067CE32C674B5FFAD66D60AA906A46|/
:P

Any ideas?
