Where I can find the Mac OS X v10.4 universal SDK on the ADC Download page?

The time will come, that the first Mactel Computers are for selling and so I thought I spend my time better for this problem. But, what I got are many errors and warnings.
What suprised me most, that simple classes like NSNumber are not recognized! What can I do? Do I miss something for compiling for i386 architecture?
