lib//libGL.1.dylib
Do you have DYLD_* environment variables set?
If you do, your probably don't actually want them set.

Reason: Incompatible library version: libSoXt.2.dylib requires
version 33.0.0 or later, but libPng.dylib provides version 27.0.0
i've already tried re-installing libpng (but I'm still not even sure
if it worked...)
This appears to be /usr/local/lib/libSoXt.2.dylib wanting a version of
libpng (from macports?) that isn't there anymore. It's likely that you
upgraded libpng and that broke the other locally installed library.
I don't know what libSoXt is from, but you could probably fix the
problem by rebuilding it.
