Fully agree. I hope Jake doesn't feel like he got dogpiled by a bunch
of Atom zealots.

My concerns:
* Users shouldn't recieve a linkblog instead of full posts because of
a format preference
* Users shouldn't recieve a feed without GUIDs and dates if one exists
with the same content, because of a format preference.
* Publishers should be able to rely on Safari picking the top feed by
default. One such case I've seen is when Blogger users use Feedburner
to synthesize a feed from more than one source. Sometimes, this takes
the form of an RSS2 feed, sometimes it's Atom. Feed format doesn't
really have much to do with it.
