It appears that if iTunes does not find itunes:* elements, it will
"fall back" to core RSS elements like <description> to display
information about a feed or item (episode).
Could Apple publish a list of which fallbacks are used, i.e. what
elements iTunes uses for displaying, searching, or other operations,
if appropriate itunes:* element is not present?
