And of course my previous domain was wrong, since hypothetically
concatenating the domain URI and the element content should give you
the URL for the category, making it something horrible along the lines
of

<category domain="itms://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/com.apple.jingle.app.store.DirectAction/viewCategory?categoryId=">Technology/Text%2FSpeech</category>

at which point I've lost every hope of claiming clarity and simplicity.
