FeedForAll Mac - any good for RSS and iTMS, iPod-ability?

I'm interested in the comparatives re RSS apps claiming Mac
compatiblity.  Right now, I'm looking at FeedForAll Mac. Has
anyone got a take, even an impression of this modestly-priced
but not free RSS feed?  Anything similar in price but quite
better?
