Is anyone interested in helping out on this? I'm working on cleaning
up the patches I have so that they're more correct (they're very badly
hacked up at this point, just to get everything running), but I can
give pointers on how I got this far... I just know that the issues
I'm facing now are way out of my league. I'm very familiar with
packaging and basic "makefile is broken" issues, but I'm most definitely
not a C/C++ coder.
It looks like most everything in kdelibs and kdebase (at least the
important stuff) works, except for kdeinit. It should be possible to
get at least something out of it if this gets fixed. (Except for some
quirks, I've successfully run kwin, konsole, konqueror, and a couple of
other smaller things.)
