I doubt that would be an issue.

There is large amounts of open-source Unix stuff out there, which is likely what this list was originally pointed towards. open-source Windows stuff on the other hand is nowhere near as plentiful, and would require a significant coding effort to port (as opposed to the types of tweaks that unix stuff does)
