If, in the other case, you want swarm-2.1.1-1 (whatever that is)
running on top of OS X, I suggest you get the src package (or rpm) or
the actual source itself and start porting it.
I installed tcltk via fink , the libraries are in :
/sw/lib/libtcl.dylib
/sw/lib/libtclstub.a
/sw/lib/libtk.dylib
/sw/lib/libtkstub.a
/sw/lib/tcl
/sw/lib/tk
When I run ./configure --with-tcldir=/sw/lib ppc I get stucked :
checking for tclsh8.3... yes
checking directory of tcl.h... /sw/include
checking directory and version of libtcl... no
configure: error: Please specify Tcl library path using --with-tcldir
I would appreciate if somebody could help me
