Missing lib ...Need help

I had OSX10.5 installed on my machine and upgraded it to OSX 10.2. It has
the Darwin 6.0 kernel on it now. When I try to compile my program It
complains about not finding ip_var.h which is supposed to be in
/usr/include/netinet. This file used to be there in Darwin 5.5.

Am I missing somthing. How can I fix this???
