Where would I look for documentation that describes how a running process
receives notice that its icon has been selected in the Dock? The process is
a ported commandline application running in an Xterm. I have it able to
launch fine from the dock and an explicit call to SetFrontProcess(&PSN) at
startup makes it take input without an extra mouse click, but it does not
respond properly to clicks on its Dock icon to bring it forward or give it
focus after it has been launched. I know what calls I need, I just don't
know how to know when they are needed.
