did you run "make clean ; make install" ?

Did you get the success screen with instructions to run make samples
and progdocs?
Also, can you tell me what version of OSX you are running? What kind
of upgrades did you apply.
I tried this on three different machines: Xserve running OSX Server
10.2.8 with latest updates applied, Powerbook G4 running OSX 10.3.5
with latest updates applied and a G4 Tower running OSX 10.3.5 in a
state right after applying the 10.3.5 combined upgrade.
