Re: excute the binary files



If you're new to UNIX, the trick is to put ./ before the binary name

  ./my_bin

This says to execute a file in the current directory.  To execute a binary
in the directory above is ../my_bin.

If the binary is on a path set when you start terminal, no ./ is needed.
