One obvious and fairly safe answer is "in the next release", but it's
not clear to me that this is what you're asking. Software Updates
are generally only done to fix critical problems or address potential/
actual security issues. I don't think there's anything in the auto*
tools which qualify them for software update.
Is there any reason why the autotool updates are coming so slow?
I do believe we've updated them with almost every major release of
the OS. See above as to why we don't update them in SUs.
