Unmount "removable" volumes of USB mass storage devices on Mac OS X?

  I have tried PBUnmountVol & UnmountVol, but i do not succeed to unmount the
volume.Did any one
known how to use them?

 Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated, thanks!
