API Question

Morning All:

What's the difference between USBInterfaceOpenSeize() and USBDeviceOpenSeize()?

And...

If USBDeviceOpenSeize() is called first, will it cause USBInterfaceOpenSeize() to fail with kIOReturnExclusiveAccess error?
