thanks for your reply.

I tried the HID Utilities, but just the 'HID Explorer' is working fine. I
could not compile the 'HID Config Save' nor 'HID Manager' Basic source. But
I found my device in the Explorer. There are 2 input and 2 output channels
available. There are two problems: I don't know how to send/receive data
from the device and I don't know what to send. :(

It's an usb multimeter from Voltcraft. I also mailed conrad electronics to
send me datasheets and so on, but it's weekend and I would like to start
coding tomorrow. :(
