aync read question


Hello,
I am developing an in kernel driver for a web cam. i have encountered this error in which i am able to read data aynschronous for only a random period of time. after that, i would not be able to read any more data from it until i reset the device. pls pffer some hints.
As i do not have a bus analyzer, could anyone tell me if there are any free mac usb sniffer around?
