partial AppleUSBEHCI source files

Hi,
 
We are going to develop virtual USB Host contoller driver. For that we need EHCI/OHCI host controller driver source.   
We copied the latest release of AppleUSBEHCI source code from darwin sources in XCode 1.5 and MacOS 10.3.5.
 
We are unable to build the AppleUSBEHCI.kext due to some errors. and the following files 
 
AppleEHCIedMemoryBlock.cpp
AppleEHCITestMode.cpp
AppleEHCIitdMemoryBlock.cpp
AppleEHCIsitdMemoryBlock.cpp
AppleEHCItdMemoryBlock.cpp
 
are having partial code when copied from the below link.

Please give me help/suggestions on how to get the full source code for either EHCI or OHCI driver.
