USB2.0 hang on ReadPipe()

Dear all:
I am responsible for a USB scanner driver and encounter a problem on MAC USB2.0.
Here is my situation:
I use batch scan(40 times scan ) to test driver, it works fine with usb1.1 but hangs up on usb2.0 while executing ReadPipe().(usually 2Xth time )
There is not return error(hang up), and no data transfer (using USB analyzer to watch).
I don't know what's going on about this, can anyone help me?
