I am sorry, but this list is not going to be able to help you -- repeated requests for the same info will just yield the same response.

We have tried to provide pointers to get you started, but you need to read/understand from the USB spec how devices operate using Control Transactions. You will need documentation from your device to understand how to communicate with it. And finally, you will need a better understanding of the data flow in real-time video capture drivers in order to architect your driver appropriately.
