Sending Multi-byte commands to Device using I/O Kit?

Hi,

I am developing a Device Driver for Mac for a Card
Reader device.

I went throgh the documentation, and found that the
type of 'bRequest' in the struct IOUSBDevRequest
(which is used in Functions DeviceRequest and
ControlRequestTo, to send commands to the Ctrl Pipe)
is UInt8.

Hence, does that mean I can only send single byte
commands as requests. How do I send multi-byte
commands or what is the alternate for this ?

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Rafi SM
