Re: Device does not work with hub

My previous mail seems to have been truncated.
It contained USB log.

But now I have a clue to solve my hub problem.
It's a shame that my firmware did not care for SUSPEND.
It did not put EZ-USB into low power consumption mode on the bus inactivity
then the USB hub seems to have done a correct job to disconnect this bad boy.

I plan to use this device to control my home communication system so that
I do not want to put it into sleep.
Eventually, I should run this device by self-power and also implement the remote wake-up.

I have a USB-Serial adaptor that uses Apple's CDC driver. It works fine with USB hubs.
I checked its device descriptor to found that it declares itself as self-powered,
although it depends on the bus power.

I tried this deception for my own device and it worked with hub.
This provisionally solves my problem.

I thank all of you who considered my problem, especially Barry Twycross.
