The sum of the USB 2.0 packet size should the same as the size of the USB
1.1 packet size for this device.  This device is full speed only.

Hopefully it isn't being treated as a high speed device.  It doesn't have
bits 11 or 12 set.  Plus, I'm currently testing on a 733MHz G4 running
10.3.9, so I'm not expecting any USB 2.0 behavior.
