How does GetMaxPacketSize determine the value it reports? From looking at
the source, it looks like it just returns the value from the descriptor, but
if that's the case, how could it possibly be returning the wrong
information?
The descriptor clearly says it's a non-zero value, but GetMaxPacketSize()
returns 0. Is it getting the information in some other way that I'm not
seeing?
Has anyone else ever reported an issue like this? Seems very strange.
