Avoiding the warning message on unclean ejects

Is there a way to avoid the warning message during an unclean eject on USB flash storage devices? Because I’ve noticed that nothing pops up on Windows.

Especially at the application level, if there was a way to monitor the USB device and it’ll notice that it was improperly disconnected (i.e. without trashing the mounted volumes), then it’ll tell the system that it’s ok.
