OSX 10.4.1 and IOUSBFamily-220.4.10 debugging

Is it safe to install "IOUSBFamily-220.4.10-log.dmg" on OSX 10.4.1 with XCode 2.1 or not?

According the "IOUSBFamily-220.4.10-log Readme" in the enclosed .dmg it says "This is the version of the IOUSBFamily that shipped with 10.4 (8A428) but with logging enabled, however on my Mac 10.4.1 is listed as being build "8B15". Also the "IOUSBFamily-220.4.10Readme" says it's only for "8A428" too.

So is this a documentation error or is there no 10.4.1 compatible version yet?
