Thanks, I'll setup two-machine debugging here. I had another hang
today, and I'll spend some time trying to reproduce it. I understand
the need for a kernel dump -- from what I understand looking at the
IOKit USB code, the USB workloop is probably stuck somewhere (maybe a
commandGate deadlock), though the device I'm opening is being opened
with no gate. We'll know more when I can produce a showallstacks
dump. I'll update the info in the Radar bug.
