Hello list, sorry for the inconvenience... I'm just trying to understand why my new (cheap) cell won't sync with iSync. It's supposed to work but on Tiger iSync2 won't see it. I'm trying to poke in the MetaClasses.plist but I'd like to know what I'm doing. So the grand question is:

how can I snoop (a la ethereal) the chatter between iSync and the phone? (other progs work fine and the phone shows up as modem in network so it works in general)

Thanks for your help,

Edoardo,

This is probably a bug. Under 10.4, the Motorola 180 wouldn't sync. A bug report was submitted, and under 10.4.1, the Motorola 180 now syncs.

submit the report at
