This is not sufficient information to help us understand the problem you are reporting, or provide insight into what you may need to change in your driver. Data-loss problems are often related to data toggle issues -- have you looked at a USB analyzer to understand that is going on?

If you need more direct help, I suggest you file an incident report with Apple's Developer Technical Support -- they may need one of your devices and the source code to your driver, but they can likely help you. You may also wish to consider attending Apple's World-wide Developer Conference -- there are hands-on labs that will let you work with Apple Engineers on your problem. Check out http://developer.apple.com/
