HID interface -> USB interface?

Hi,

Is there anyway to easily get a reference to the USB interface if I already have a reference to the HID interface?

Basically, I'm using HID to seize a device and receive data from it. However, I also need to send an occasional command to the device. Part of the problem is that I've got multiple devices connected (the same one) and if I have to do a separate search in order to gain the USB reference it might be a bit tricky to match up the USB references with the HID references.
