Host Controllers on upcoming macs...

Are there any news as to whether the upcoming Intel Macs will support a different USB host controller with more throughput(more bulk packets per microframe)?

Our device relies on a consistent high bandwidth, and we've had to do some compromises because of limitations on the host side. It currently only runs on powerbooks and mac minis because they exhibit the best USB performance.

I was hoping that with the move to Intel, perhaps things sped up a bit more. At least if it is known that there will be a new USB Host Controller, that would be nice.
