Is there some reason you are trying to do Isoch from a KEXT? Most of our Isoch clients (Audio, Video) are user-mode clients. Unless you need to provide services to an entity that lives in the kernel, you should probably consider doing all your work from user space.

As a KEXT, you are linked in with the kernel, and completion functions can be called directly.
