I didn't say that you were to require your customers to upgrade. You were asking if we knew why it wasn't working. We have made LOTS of bug fixes since the release you have. It seems just reasonable to figure out if it's working on the latest release first.

If I were to receive this as a bug report, the first thing I would ask is for a regression against the latest software. Once you have that,then you can investigate other options.
