Can you confirm that it is indeed supported? Do you have any suggestions for why the vendor would feel that it is not supported?

High speed Isoc has been supported from the first release which supported high speed (10.2.8?). There's been a shortage of high speed Isoc to test this against and there have been bugs which can make life a little awkward.

I don't know why your vendor thinks its not supported, maybe you should ask them. Who are they? At the WWDC intro I did say we hadn't seen any high speed Isoc devices and would dearly love to see one, but I also went into detail about how it worked.

Maybe they're confused by the lack of any high speed specific API, the old API works with a few reinterpretations.
