I'm new on USB driver development and want to access to DPR-50
(digital power recorder) by BNB Products.
This device has a PIC18F2xxx microcontroller with build in USB
which emulates a serial port over USB.
Using Windows operating systems there is a generic driver and only
an *.inf file is necessary to get the thing work.
I started using USB Prober but only got a message "IOUSBFamily was
not able to enumerate a device".
How should I continue, if I want to develop an application that can
deal with this device?
I hope there is no need to develop an in-kernel device driver.
The contents of *.inf file is:
