My USB device cases 10.3 to crash.

Hello,

The USB device which I sell is causing OSX 10.3 to crash. The device worked
perfectly with all OSs up to 10.3 (and Windows). When users upgrade they can
no longer use the device.
The device is a DIY game interface which consists of a composite device.
Endpoint 1 ia a keyboard, endpoint 2 has two report IDs, a keyboard and a
mouse.
When the device is plugged in, the screen reports "Please Restart" and gives
no reason.
What do I do? I have many of these devices out there. I would need to get
more diagnostic information presumably, but how to go about this?
I have run USB Prober on the device and everything is reported correctly.
The parsed report descriptors are what I would expect to see.
Andy
