You need to file a report at http://bugreporter.apple.com, giving as much information as possible. A USB Prober log of your device's descriptors (all of them) would be great, as well as the panic.log found in /Library/Logs. See http://developer.apple.com/technotes/tn2002/tn2063.html (Understanding and Debugging Kernel Panics).
