There's no way to run a classic driver from native OS
X. You'll need to re-write your driver for Mac OS X,
pretty much from scratch, as it's a completely
different architecture. There 's nothing analogous to
a Carbon environment for device drivers, i.e. you
don't "carbonize" a driver the way you would an
application. You'll need to look into IOKit and either
write a kernel-mode driver or a userland driver
(preferable).
