Mike,

yes - sure it's the enttec.com one. I clicked around the web for some
information and contacted the author. Finally, it seems to be that the
FTDI Drivers are not suitable for DMXing on the Mac cause of the timing.

I had the same problem years ago when I wanted to make the ZilogSSC on
the 68k boards to do it at 250kBit.

My intention was (if) to go for a raw device and own transactions since
this eliminates any FTDI IOusb-IOserial driver.
