Just use your 10.2.8 dependencies in your plist and everything should be fine. In the rare case where one truly does need a separate set of dependencies for each architecture, one would have to build two KEXTs. There isn't a "universal plist" with per-architecture properties. The two KEXTs would have to have different CFBundleIdentifiers, and one KEXT could be included in the Plugins directory of the main KEXT. But again the need to do this should be quite rare.
