I am developing an HID driver for a USB audio device. I am now able to receive HID messages from my device, but need to be able to use these messages to set the value of an IOAudioLevelControl that is also part of my device.
How would I got about doing this? I was reading that it is done through a setProperty call which causes the IOAudioControl to call SetValue, notify coreaudio, and other stuff. I'm am not sure where to go with that.
Any help would be much appreciated.
