I have filed the bug, below is my message subject and follow-up:::

I hope positive that you and other experts at your end will come up with a solution or atleast a workaround asap. Our product shipment is being held due to this issue.
Your best course of action is to file a bug report at http:// bugreporter.apple.com
. We look at all bugs that are reported and, as you can imagine, a panic report takes special importance. If there are more multiple reports with the same issue, that gives us an idea of how prevalent the bug is. Please file bugs, even if you think
that we should already know about it! Finally, if a panic is reproducible, please give us the procedure to reproduce in detail. I am more likely to work on fixing a bug that is reproducible than on one that is not.
