If that is the case, you really need to file an incident report with Apple Developer Tech support, and get someone working with you find a solution.

If there is a problem in our code, and we had a fix today, it could be several months before a solution ships to end-users -- and you may want your applications to run on older versions of MacOS X. I would say that understanding the root cause, and potentially developing a workaround would be your highest priority -- Apple's DTS team can help you do that.
