The PowerMac G5 was the first desktop system to over USB 2.0
support. It shipped in June of 2003. I think all machines
introduced after that date had USB 2.0 support.
Here's a handy web page to let you look for yourself:
Oh yeah, there are expansion cards for Powerbooks with CardBus, and
Desktop systems with PCI, that will provide high-speed USB support as
long as MacOS 10.2 is installed (and updated to latest version
available), so I guess they are "High Speed USB capable" as well.

Hi:
I hoping to find a list of which Mac models are High Speed USB
capable. If a list doesn't already exist then I'm going to be
compiling one.
Any links or info about which model(s) of iMac, PowerBooks, and
towers, etc. were the first to have USB 2.0 would be very helpful.
Thanks,
