Cardbus USB 2 adaptors for G4 Powerbook 800?

I read on the list that there were Cardbus USB adaptors available for older Powerbook. Does anyone know of one that works well?

I tried one from ADS Tech and installing the drivers hosed my system (Powerbook G4 800 Mhz) so badly that it would not start up at all.

I was able to use another Mac and some recovery software to get the Powerbook workiing again but I am not interested in trying it again.
