Hi
I have an example that works (but works best if you intall the Debug IOUSBFamily kit)
here:

you can name it what you like
you need to set the Bcd number (get from the usbprobe program, under developer, applications)
and also set the needed vendor and product numbers
I have a install.sh script showing how to get it installed
